Look - there are clearly some extremists on the Israeli side as well - many of the settlers come to mind. As far as I am concerned, those don't belong in civilized company either. However, that doesn't excuse the joker of Tehran or mean that we should treat him as anything more than a dangerous dictator.

Of course anyone that denies the Holocaust doesn't deserve an international audience, and the Iranian leadership has repeatedly dug itself into holes by voicing such views. It's a very sensitive subject obviously, and one can easily make the argument that the rise of Fascism started with words, etc. Yet, the huge gaps of military and political competencies need to be taken into account, just as actions and words both need to be observed for effect. I'm playing the devil's advocate here, but some extreme Zionist views are just as militant and violent as the suicide bombers and stone-throwers.

I'm not sure if my observation came across the right way, and that is, actions and disproportionate reactions, wealth and poverty, the politicking and back-door deals conducted by both parties of this conflict are not lost on the international community.
